| | Glenn McKay PresidentGlenn McKay is MarquisNet’s president. He is also president and chief operating officer of Selling Source, LLC, where his responsibility is to lead the senior management team and oversee the general management of all Selling Source companies. His expertise in the field of technology marketing has proven to be an invaluable asset. McKay joined Selling Source in 2001, when Founder and CEO Derek LaFavor asked him to take over the general management as its new chief operating officer. Under McKay, Selling Source has grown from seven employees to several hundred and has seen revenues increase by nearly 2,500 percent during the last four years — earning it the number 68 position in the Inc. 500 for 2008. McKay continues to oversee the movement of the company to the forefront of the technology marketing sector for the specialty finance industry. Prior to joining Selling Source, McKay worked with LaFavor when they successfully co-founded a company specializing in sales management systems, database-marketing systems and recruitment manuals that helped many medium-sized companies greatly increase their sales. Earlier in his career, McKay was a regional manager at Sony and ComputerLand. He later became president of a systems integration company and built it into one of the largest Novell resellers in North America. He also served as president of The Kerry Collection, a San Diego-based manufacturing and sales organization. McKay attended York University in Toronto, majoring in economics. |
| | Paul Reynosa Director of New Business Development and Business StrategiesPaul Reynosa is the director of new business development and business strategies for MarquisNet with responsibility for the development of new sales and acquisitions for the company, as well as developing business alignment strategies. Since he joined the company in 2004, Reynosa has played a key role in developing strategies that have grown MarquisNet into a thriving, successful business. He was instrumental in expanding MarquisNet locations with the addition of the Riverside, Calif. facility and soon to be in Albuquerque, N.M. Prior to joining MarquisNet, Reynosa held a number of positions with prominent national and international technology firms such as the Nevada Land Technology Investment Group, Globix Corp., Pac-West Telecom, Frontier Communications and Sutter Health. Some of Reynosa’s accomplishments with these organizations include increasing sales by more than 300 percent, developing B2C calling-card technology for the retail market and developing high-level solutions for new technologies. During his career, Reynosa also co-founded his own company, DACDL, and served as president. A research marketing firm, DACDL was an active member of the National Consultant & Vendor Relation Liaison Association. Under Reynosa’s direction, the company grew to $15 million in gross sales in just six years. Reynosa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as specialized coursework in telecommunications and electronics and has 26 years of experience in the technology industry. |
| | Brent Rambo Chief Technology OfficerBrent Rambo is chief technology officer for MarquisNet with responsibility for creating and managing industry specific data-center and co-location technology. Rambo has more than 17 years of networking and technology experience with 13 of those years in the Internet and data center industry. Rambo joined MarquisNet in 2005 and has taken the lead in engineering and maintaining the entire MarquisNet network. Prior to joining MarquisNet, Rambo was a top level engineer at Barracuda Networks, the largest anti-spam appliance maker in the world. He also was a leading backbone/network engineer for some of the world’s largest ISPs. He has held high-level management roles in which he helped define the path of cutting-edge technology and Internet service offerings. Rambo holds several industry-recognized certifications in telecommunications, networking and security. Rambo also has a deep electrical engineering background, with notable accomplishments in the development of power conversion electronics for the renewable energy industry. He is involved in several standards related to improving the efficiency of technology and decreasing the environmental impact of that technology. |
